Outcast Activists Forum
Introduction
Outcast Activists Forum (OAF) is a powerful grassroots network of activists spanning Uganda and parts of the African continent. OAF was founded to create positive social change through local programs, advocacy, and coalition-building with both urban and rural areas.
OAF represents marginalized communities and advocates for human rights across a wide spectrum of issues, including adolescent pregnancy, early marriage, child abuse, poverty, poor health outcomes, unemployment, lack of career guidance, and systemic disempowerment. The organization works directly with communities to elevate voices and restore dignity through information sharing, mentorship, movement building, education, and direct action.
